RVNFLT, LLC ("RavenFlight," "we") operates ravenflight.io and associated backend software infrastructure, and third-party services. What we collect

  • Check and contact form details: your name (contact form only), email address, and any website URL you submit to run a conversion-surface check or send us a message.
  • Product analytics events PostHog analytics is used to log page views and interactions per applicable regulatory regime in the United States and California. Cookies are NOT used for such purposes, so no cookie consent banner is required or provided. IP addresses are NOT logged by PostHog.

Why we collect it

  • To provide products and services pursuant to RavenFlight's business.
  • To understand which pages and features people use.

How long we keep it

  • Check and contact submissions: Until you ask us to delete them or until 12 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.
  • Analytics: retained per PostHog's standard retention once analytics is live; see the sub-processors page.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party sub-processors to run the site and send email — see the full list at/sub-processors. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone outside of running the service itself.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and LGPD (Brazil), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@ravenflight.iowith "DSAR" in the subject. We respond within 30 days (GDPR/LGPD) or 45 days (CCPA).

RavenFlight is a US-based business registered in the state of NE. Data Residency: Data is stored and processed in the US. Visitors outside the US may refer to their locale-specific regulatory regime to assert their rights as they extend to this site / business.
