Your Website is Costing You Sales

Customers don't use Google anymore. If your business isn't suggested by agents, it doesn't exist.

The leak map: where your customers go

Inbounds aren't the problem, Conversions are.

Customers continuously look for what they want.

Most never make it in — invisible to AI, indistinguishable from the next template.

More drain out inside the funnel — hidden hours, vague pricing, slow replies.

Most of what is left leaks right at the finish line. A few become customers. Every leak here is fixable.

Here's How It Works

An unoptimized conversion surface is worse than none

An agent hits a search term you're spending marketing budget against. They can't load your website, it can't figure out what you sell, or how to buy it. It deranks you.

A human visitor thinks: "This looks like every other Squarespace site."

Templates read as generic, not trustworthy.

An AI agent asks: "Who's the best plumber near me?"

Their agent recommends a competitor

People don't want to struggle to figure out your business.:Agents don't re-check once they've made the decision to de-rank you.

What the check covers

1 · Map it

We walk every path a prospect can use to reach you — your site, contact form, booking flow, hours and pricing info, social profiles — and write down what's actually there, not what you think is there.

2 · Test it

We run it the way real customers and real agents do: filling out the form with a genuine question, asking an AI assistant to check your hours, trying to book a slot. We record exactly what breaks, with screenshots and transcripts — not vibes.

3 · Fix the highest-leverage gaps

We don't rebuild your website. We hand you a prioritized list — the fixes with the most leverage for the least effort — and, where it's a fit, do the work with you.

Why It Works

We know the customers: We leverage the same agents your customers use: Claude, Muse, OpenAI et. al

We learn your business: Our approach uses real customer data and human reasoning, built on proven algorithms and metrics

We are human-first: People still make purchase decisions, accessibility for them means more sales.

Questions people ask

What is a conversion surface?

Every place a customer — or an AI agent acting on their behalf — can reach your business: your website, your contact form, your booking flow, your published hours and pricing. Most businesses have never checked whether it all works.

How do I know if my website works for AI agents?

Try asking one. Ask an assistant your own hours, your price for a common job, or whether you have availability this week — if it can't find a straight answer on your site, neither can a customer's agent.

Can ChatGPT or an AI assistant find my business hours and pricing?

Only if they're published as readable text or structured data. Hours baked into an image, a PDF, or a vague paragraph are invisible to an assistant trying to check them on a customer's behalf.

Do I need a website redesign to fix this?

Usually not. You have leaky pipes, not a broken funnel: a form field, a missing line of text, a broken booking link, hours or pricing that only exist as a paragraph an assistant can't parse. Most leaks are one-line fixes.
