Run an agency or dev shop?

Every templated theme and every "we'll get back to you" form you shipped for a client is a conversion-surface gap with your name on it — carried across your whole roster, not just one site.

One engagement, whole-roster findings

We're working directly with a small number of regional agencies and web shops to run this check across a client roster: white-labeled findings, one engagement. You get a prioritized punch list per client — evidence attached, no rebuild required — that you can hand back as your own work or use to open a maintenance retainer conversation.

What a finding looks like

FINDING — client: joesthai.com
Contact form has no way to ask "are you open right now" — only name/email/message.
Hours are an image (joesthai.com/hours.jpg) — unreadable to assistants and screen readers.
Booking link in nav goes to a 404.
→ 3 fixes, ~half a day, before the next deploy.

Runs in your workflow

This isn't a one-off report you have to remember to re-run. For agencies and dev shops, checks can run headless against a client's site from your own CI — catch a regression before it ships, not after a client calls. We'll work out the exact setup with you directly; this is a hands-on partnership, not a self-serve tool.

Why now

A lot of the sites we look at aren't failing on design — they're failing on plumbing. DNS records that lapse, a Squarespace redirect that silently breaks, a booking widget that 404s after a re-theme. Those are cheap to catch and expensive to leave. Roll it into your client check-ins and you're the one who caught it first.
